SYSCOACH GmbH: case study
B2BCoaching

A coaching company builds a funnel. And uses it to fill its training courses every quarter.

Training courses do not sell themselves

SYSCOACH offers training courses for managers. Sounds niche enough? It is not. The business coaching market is crowded. Hundreds of providers, similar promises, similar target groups. Anyone who does not take a systematic approach here burns through budget.

The problem was not the offer. The problem was the path from first contact to booking. No clear route, no system, no measurable process.

A funnel with a single job: bookings

We did not set up a marketing construction kit. We built a funnel that does exactly one thing: turn visibility into bookings.

Targeted search engine ads bring the right people to the offer. Not just anyone, but managers who are actively looking for further training. The ads take effect where the decision matures: on Google, at the moment someone types.

The landing pages do the rest. Clear, focused, without distraction. One page, one offer, one button.

Eight euros back for every euro invested

120 new participants per quarter. Reliable, predictable, repeatable.

The return on ad spend is 800%. That sounds like marketing jargon. It is not. It means that for every euro spent on ads, eight euros come back in booking value.

81% of ads appear in the top positions. Not in position 6, where nobody clicks. At the top, where decision-makers look.

The real insight

The system works. Not as a one-off project, but as an ongoing process. SYSCOACH does not have to work out anew every quarter where its participants will come from. The funnel delivers.

That was the plan. And it works.

“Businessziele bei Sichtbarkeit und Conversions erreicht. Eindeutige Empfehlung.”
