Google Ads for dentists and doctorsBe found at exactly the moment a patient searches for your treatment.

Google Ads puts you at the top at the very moment someone has a problem you can solve. No constant barrage, no wasted budget, just the enquiries that suit you.

Online advertising: ads that are found at the right time
Explained in three sentences

For a dental or medical practice, Google Ads (PPC advertising) means paid visibility at exactly the moment someone searches for a treatment or a practice near them. You pay per click, not per ad, and the ads only run in your area. Google Ads doesn't replace your website or reviews; it brings searchers to both.

Where practices stand today

Anyone looking for a practice or a specific treatment today types it into Google. The top results get the enquiries. If the same two or three competitors have held those spots for years, you practically don't exist for these patients, no matter how good your work is.

What we do differently

We don't just switch on ads and let them run. We check them regularly: which search terms bring real appointments, and which only bring clicks? What are you paying for without getting anything back? The budget moves to where enquiries come from, and away from what only costs money.

When you don't need Google Ads

To be honest, there are cases where the money goes up in smoke. Then something else comes first.

Your website loads slowly or has no clear way to request an appointment.

Every paid click then lands on a page that wastes it. Website first, then ads.

First: Website and web design →

You have under 4.0 stars or only a handful of reviews.

Searchers compare the ad with the profile next to it. Reviews first, otherwise every click gets more expensive.

First: Review management →

Your diary is full and you don't want to promote a particular treatment.

Then the ads have no goal to work towards. A consultation first clarifies where you want to go.

What we automate, what stays human

Automated: bidding, search term matching, ad testing and the monthly report run automatically, with our expertise in the engine room.

Human: you decide budget, area and treatment focus with Chris on our team. He reviews the figures with you every month and also tells you when ads aren't the right lever at the moment.

What AI changes

Since AI Overviews (in Germany since March 2025) and AI Mode (since October 2025), organic results get clicked much less often; an Ahrefs study from February 2026 measures on average 58 per cent fewer clicks on the first result when an AI Overview appears. Ads still appear above the AI answer. For practices this means: Google Ads secures enquiries while the content for AI answers is being built up.

What comes before, what comes after

Without a website with a clear appointment request, Google Ads goes nowhere. Without reviews, every click gets more expensive. After that comes tracking, so you can see which enquiries from the ads turn into appointments. Reporting is always included.

FAQs on Google Ads for dentists and doctors

How much does Google Ads cost for a dental practice?

Our management starts at €810 per month. On top of that comes your ad budget, which goes directly to Google, usually €500 to €1,500 per month for a single practice. Before we start, we tell you which budget is realistic in your area. Several advertising channels can be combined, with a discount.

How quickly do the first enquiries come in?

Clicks come from day one, serious enquiries usually after two to four weeks. That's how long the campaign needs to learn which search terms bring appointments in your area.

Is a practice actually allowed to run Google Ads?

Yes. Ads for practices are permitted as long as they comply with the German Healthcare Advertising Act (HWG): no promises of cures, no misleading comparisons, no impermissible before and after images. We write every ad with this in mind.

Google Ads or SEO: which is better for my practice?

Both answer the same search, but at different times. Ads work from day one and cost per click. Visibility through content takes months, but then carries itself without ongoing click costs. Most practices start with ads and build up content in parallel.

What happens if we stop the ads?

The enquiries from the ads stop with the budget. What remains is the data: which search terms and treatments bring appointments in your area. These insights feed into your website and content.

Can I see what the ads deliver?

Yes. Every month you receive a report that clearly answers one question: what enquiries came in, and what did they cost? Reporting is always included with us, not an extra.
