TikTok advertising for medical practicesThe feed doesn't ask about age or followers. It asks whether people watch.
TikTok shows videos based on interest, not on the sender's reach. A practice without a channel can be in thousands of feeds in your area tomorrow. For recruiting, for treatments that need explaining and for anything that can be shown.

For a practice, TikTok ads are paid short videos that appear in the feeds of people whose interests match the video, whether or not they follow the practice. The platform decides based on viewing behaviour, not age or follower count, and its audience is no longer just under 30. The ad leads to a careers page or a landing page, where the application or enquiry is measured.

Where practices stand today
The job ad has been running for months and nobody applies. Job boards only reach people who are looking. On TikTok, a video reaches people who weren't looking at all. And anyone who thinks it's only teenagers there hasn't looked in a while.
What we do differently
We film short, genuine videos with your team: a day in the practice, the team introducing itself, a question from everyday work. These become ads in your area, with a path to the careers page and an application in two minutes. What works gets amplified, what doesn't gets switched off.
When you don't need TikTok ads
To be honest, there are cases where the money goes up in smoke. Then something else comes first.
You only want to reach people who are actively searching for you right now.
Then Google Ads is the more direct route. TikTok reaches people before they search, which is its strength and its price: it needs a video that makes someone stop scrolling.
First: Google Ads →There is no video material and nobody on the team wants to be on camera.
The channel doesn't work without real faces. Creative content with a shoot day first, then ads.
First: Creative content →You want to advertise before and after images or treatment results.
The German Healthcare Advertising Act (HWG) doesn't allow that, not even in short videos. We show people and processes, not results.
How it works
- 01
Kick-off: goal (a vacancy or a treatment), region, who on the team wants to be visible
Week 1
- 02
Shoot day in the practice, editing of six to ten short videos, approval by you
Weeks 2 to 3
- 03
Ads go live with a small budget, measured on the careers page or landing page
Week 4
- 04
Monthly: amplify what works, add new videos, report with applications and cost per application
ongoing
Automated: audiences, bids, ad tests and the monthly report run automatically.
Human: you decide with Christoph on our team which videos are filmed and what the practice shows. He'll also tell you if another channel would reach your goal more cheaply.
What AI changes
Short videos with real people remain a channel where AI helps but doesn't replace: editing, subtitles and variants are automated, the content comes from your practice. The target audience spots generated faces immediately.

What comes before, what comes after
Before: an employer presence and a careers page, otherwise the clicks go nowhere. Alongside: Meta Ads with the same videos. After: reviews and social media, so applicants find a consistent picture when they check you out.
Reporting is always included with us, not an extra.
FAQs on TikTok ads
How much do TikTok ads cost for a practice?
Management starts at €810 per month, plus your ad budget and a shoot day. Several ad channels can be combined, with a discount.
Do I have to be on camera myself?
Not necessarily, but someone from the team should be. Ads with real people from the practice work; anonymous clips don't.
Isn't TikTok just for teenagers?
That was then. Users have grown older along with the platform, and the feed shows videos by interest, not by age. If you show prophylaxis, aligners or how you care for anxious patients, you reach exactly the people who are interested in it.
What can I show and what not?
People, rooms, processes and questions from everyday practice life. No treatment results, no before and after images, no promises. The German Healthcare Advertising Act (HWG) applies here too.
How quickly do applications come in?
First responses usually within two weeks. Whether the channel works, you'll see after about three months, in applications and cost per application.
Do I need my own TikTok channel?
Not for ads. A practice channel helps when applicants check you out, but it isn't a must to get started.
