What do you really need?
The needle shows you.
Tell us where you stand and what is bothering you right now. The Kompass works out where your real lever is, and that is not always what you would suspect first.
An assessment in one minute
Four questions. We tell you where your lever lies and what you can skip.
Where is your practice right now?
Question 1 of 4. Then use the needle to show what bothers you most right now.
What bothers you most right now?
Four short questions, one honest assessment. No obligation, in under a minute.
Two more questions about ‘’
So that we can give you an honest assessment instead of a standard answer.

Your next steps
Your route through the Kompass
Five goals, one Kompass.
Almost every practice that comes to us is facing one of these five goals. Which one is yours decides where your marketing plan starts and what you can skip.
- Goal 1
Practice start-up and takeover
Start-up or takeover: the doors are open, and so is the diary.
On opening day, a new practice needs a website, a visual identity and a complete Google profile. Only then is it worth running Google Ads for the first enquiries and collecting reviews from the first patients. Plan three months before opening, not three weeks.
Where to start: What a practice website needs to do
More on Practice start-up and takeover - Goal 2
Visibility
The practice next door gets found online, you don't.
Google Ads bring enquiries from day one, while content and reviews make the practice visible for the long term. Both run in parallel, in the order in which patients search. If SEO is supposedly already running, we first check what is really happening.
Where to start: SEO and GEO trends 2026
More on Visibility - Goal 3
Ideal patients
A full diary, but the wrong cases: too many statutory insurance patients, too few of the treatments you most enjoy doing.
Ideal patients come through a dedicated page for each treatment you want to grow, not through more advertising. Google Ads and sharply targeted social ads lead to that page. Before that, it has to be clear which treatment should grow and for whom. Reviews of exactly that treatment provide the final nudge.
Where to start: Why your practice doesn't have to be for everyone
More on Ideal patients - Goal 4
Staff
No dental nurses, no applications. The job ad has been going nowhere for months.
Applicants look at how a practice comes across before they get in touch. So first comes your employer presence and a careers page where applying takes two minutes, then short videos from the team with ads on Instagram and TikTok. Job portals remain a supplement.
Where to start: This is what our own careers page looks like

Clarity
You are putting money into marketing and don't know which of it brings appointments.
Clarity comes from measuring, not from doing more. First check what is being advertised and how, then set up tracking that assigns every enquiry to its source, then a report with one figure per channel. Only then do you decide what stays and what goes.
Where to start: The metrics that really count
More on Clarity
Which goal first?
The order matters more than any single measure. The quick check follows these same rules.
Advertising is already running, and you don't know which of it brings enquiries.
Clarity first. Any further measure would otherwise be guesswork, and often something can go before anything new is added.
More on ClarityYou are starting a new practice or have just taken one over.
Foundations first: website, visual identity and a complete Google profile. Only then are ads worthwhile.
More on Practice start-up and takeoverEnquiries come in, but too few turn into appointments.
Not more advertising, but clarifying the path from enquiry to appointment, within the team and on the website. That is Clarity too.
More on ClarityThe practice is running, but the patients don't fit or you are hard to find.
Visibility and ideal patients build on each other: first clarify which treatment should grow, then get found for exactly that.
More on Ideal patientsYou are short of staff.
Recruiting staff is a separate path with its own channels and runs in parallel to everything else.

1 Kompass communication. 3×A.
Align
Sharpen your positioning and goals. What does your practice stand for, and for whom? Everything else follows from this.
Attract
You find the right patients through search, referrals and visibility, wherever they are already looking.
Automate
Enquiries turn into appointments without your team becoming the bottleneck. Processes that run without you.
We don't measure clicks. We measure whether the right patients come.
Reporting is included with us, not an extra. Every month you see what works and what can go.
Every month you see what worked.
Not as a summary that makes everything look good. You get access to the accounts themselves, plus one page from us: what worked, what can go and what comes next.
What practices ask before getting started.
Which goal suits my practice?
The quick check at the top of this page shows you. You answer questions about your situation, what is bothering you right now and what is already running. From that, the Kompass names your biggest lever and what you can skip.
Can I work on several goals at once?
Yes, but not all with the same weight. Recruiting staff usually runs in parallel because it uses its own channels. Visibility and ideal patients build on each other, and if you don't know what works, you start with Clarity.
Why not just start with advertising?
Because advertising amplifies what is already there. Without measurement you don't know whether it works, and without the right page the click is wasted. That is why the Kompass first clarifies what is missing.
What happens after the quick check?
You see your lever, the order of your next steps and what can go. If you like, we can discuss the result in a free initial call. You are under no obligation.
Prefer to talk directly?
No form marathon: just tell us briefly where you stand. In the initial call we work out together which step will move you forward fastest.
