Dental logo and practice brandingA look people recognise, from the practice sign to your Google profile.
For practices that don’t want to look like the one two streets away: a logo, colours, typeface and imagery that suit the practice and look the same everywhere. Not an art project, but recognition.

For a practice, branding is the visual identity patients recognise: from the practice or dental logo through colours, typeface and imagery to the tone of the copy, set out in a guide everyone on the team can use. It makes the practice on the sign, the website, the Google profile and social media the same practice. What it doesn’t do: bring in patients. That takes visibility.

Where practices stand today
Many practices have a logo from when they opened, a sign in different colours, a website built by a nephew and a Google profile without photos. Every touchpoint looks different, and patients don’t recognise the practice. Recognition doesn’t come from a beautiful logo, but from everything fitting together.
What we do differently
We start with the question of what the practice stands for and for whom. From that come the logo, colours, typeface and imagery, plus a guide of just a few pages that keeps sign, website, profile and posts consistent without a designer. If an existing logo is already recognised, we refine it instead of replacing it.
When you don’t need branding and a logo
To be honest, there are cases where the money goes up in smoke. Then something else comes first.
Your visual identity is consistent; only the website is outdated.
Then the visual identity isn’t the problem. The website adopts it as it is.
First: Website and web design →You need enquiries within four weeks.
Branding works in the long term. When time is short, ads are the lever; the visual identity follows afterwards.
First: Google Ads →You only want a new logo because the old one looks dull.
A logo on its own changes little if the sign, website and profile don’t follow suit. First clarify what the practice wants to express, then design.
First: Consulting →How it works
- 01
Kickoff: what the practice stands for, who the patients are, what should stay and what shouldn’t
Week 1
- 02
Drafts: two to three directions for logo, colours and typeface, shown on real examples such as sign, website and profile
Weeks 2 to 3
- 03
Development: the chosen direction in all formats, imagery and tone of voice for the copy
Weeks 3 to 5
- 04
Guide and handover: all files, a short brand guide, implementation on your website and Google profile
Weeks 5 to 6
Automated: we generate file formats, colour values and templates for posts, signs and documents automatically from the guide.
Human: the question of what the practice stands for, and every design decision, remain a conversation between you and us. No logo from a generator.
What AI changes
AI systems recognise brands through consistency: where name, description and visual identity match across website, Google profile, reviews and directories, a practice is understood and named as one entity. Recognition is therefore also a question of findability.

What comes before, what comes after
Branding comes before the website, because the website puts it into practice, and for new practices it comes before everything else. Then come the website, the Google profile and creative content, so that photos and videos speak the same language. Reporting is always part of it.
Reporting is always included with us, not an extra.
FAQs on branding and dental logos
What does a logo cost, and what does a full visual identity cost?
Branding starts at €2,500. The exact price depends on the scope: logo only, logo with colours and typeface, or the full visual identity with imagery and guide. We quote it after the free initial call, in which we look at your current visual identity.
How long does it take?
A logo takes two to four weeks, a full visual identity four to six weeks. The biggest time factor is your feedback rounds.
Can I keep my existing logo?
Often, yes. If people recognise it, we refine it carefully: colours, typeface and formats are brought up to date, the core stays. We only replace what nobody recognises.
Which colours and shapes suit a practice?
The ones that suit you, not the ones everyone uses. Blue and green inspire trust, but every other practice uses them. We look at what is already taken in your region and find the space that is still free.
What is the difference between a logo, corporate design and a brand?
The logo is the mark. Corporate design is the logo, colours, typeface and imagery together. The brand is what patients associate with the practice, and that comes from the visual identity plus what you do every day.
Do I get all the files?
Yes, all formats for print, web and social media, plus the guide. They belong to you without restriction.
What makes a good dental logo?
It works small as a profile picture on Google and large on the practice sign, is still recognisable in black and white, and matches the practice’s colours and typeface. A tooth in the logo is possible, but hardly sets you apart, because almost every practice uses one.
Can I get just a new logo?
Yes. A logo on its own is the smallest scope. We recommend adding at least colours and typeface so that the logo looks the same on your website, sign and Google profile.

Is your practice recognisable?
In the free initial call we look at your sign, website and Google profile side by side and tell you honestly what fits together and what doesn’t.
