Facebook and Instagram ads for dentists and practicesStand out before anyone searches: ads on Instagram and Facebook for patients and applicants in your region.
For practices that want to raise awareness of a treatment or find staff, right where people scroll every day. With photos and videos from your practice instead of stock images, and a budget that is spent only in your region.

For a practice, Meta Ads are paid ads on Instagram and Facebook that reach people within a set radius before they actively search: for treatments that need explaining, and for jobs that dental nurses and assistants discover through a video from the team. They complement Google Ads, which respond to specific searches. What they don’t do: bring in appointments straight away if your website or careers page isn’t ready.

Where practices stand today
If you want to promote an implant consultation, aligners or an assistant position, you will wait in vain for searches: most people don’t yet know they should be looking. They see it in their feed, or they see the practice next door there.
What we do differently
We run ads with real photos and short videos from your practice, targeted at your area and linking to a page that takes people further: a landing page for the treatment or a careers page. Anything that gets clicks but no enquiries is stopped. Anything that brings enquiries gets budget. The German Healthcare Advertising Act (HWG) and data protection are part of every ad.
When you don’t need Meta Ads
To be honest, there are cases where the money goes up in smoke. Then something else comes first.
You have no photos or videos from the practice, only stock material.
Ads with stock photos get swiped away. First a shoot day, then ads.
First: Creative content →There is no page for the ad to lead to: no landing page, no careers page.
Every click then lands on the homepage and fizzles out. First the landing page on your website.
First: Website and web design →You want patients who are searching for a treatment right now.
That is what search ads are for, not the feed. Google Ads responds to searches; Meta Ads creates demand.
First: Google Ads →How it works
- 01
Kickoff: goal (treatment or job), region, target group, existing material

- 02
Ads: two to three variants with photos and clips from the practice, matched landing page, HWG check
Weeks 1 to 2
- 03
Ongoing management: budget moves to the ads that bring enquiries or applications

Reporting: which enquiries or applications came in, and what did they cost?
monthly
Automated: audiences, bids, ad tests and the monthly report run automatically.
Human: you decide budget, region and what the practice shows together with Christoph on our team. He will also tell you if the feed is the wrong place for your goal.
What AI changes
Visibility beyond your own website also counts for AI answers: the Semrush AI Visibility Index 2026 finds a correlation of 0.74 between YouTube mentions and visibility in AI answers. Short videos made for ads therefore pay off twice: in enquiries today and in how the practice is perceived as a whole.

What comes before, what comes after
Before: a landing page on your website or a careers page, and photos from the practice. In parallel: Google Ads for everyone who is already searching. After: reviews, so you win the comparison after the click. Reporting is always part of it.
Reporting is always included with us, not an extra.
FAQs on Facebook and Instagram ads for practices
How much do Meta Ads cost for a practice?
Management starts at €810 per month. On top of that comes your ad budget, which goes directly to Meta: for a practice usually €300 to €1,000 per month, depending on region and goal. Several ad channels can be combined, with a discount.
Instagram or Facebook?
Both run through the same account. Instagram tends to reach younger people and applicants, Facebook tends to reach patients aged 40 and over in the region. We start with both and let the figures decide.
Can a practice advertise on Instagram?
Yes, as long as it complies with the German Healthcare Advertising Act (HWG): no promises of cures, no misleading comparisons, no impermissible before and after images. Patients only appear with written consent. We write every ad with this in mind.
Do we need videos?
For applicants, yes; for treatments, they help a great deal. A short, genuine clip from the practice holds attention in the feed, a stock photo doesn’t. One shoot day provides enough material for months.
How do we measure enquiries and applications?
Via the landing page: forms, calls and appointment bookings are attributed to the ad, with consent and without health data. The monthly report shows what each enquiry cost.
Meta Ads or Google Ads?
Google Ads responds to people who are searching right now. Meta Ads reaches people who aren’t searching yet but are in your region. For the treatments you want to grow and for recruiting, the combination works; for acute needs, Google alone is often enough.
