Practice photos and videosPhotos and videos that look like your practice, not like a stock image library.

For practices that want to show real faces and real rooms on their website, Google Business Profile and social media: one shoot day that produces photos, clips and videos for a whole year. Data protection and the German Healthcare Advertising Act (HWG) taken into account.

Creative content: images and videos that look like the practice
Helps with these goals
Explained in three sentences

For a practice, creative content means its own photo and video material: team portraits, rooms, routines, short clips and patient education videos, produced in one day and edited for the website, Google Business Profile, social media and ads. It is the visual foundation of healthcare content marketing: it shows who is behind the practice and replaces the stock photos every other practice uses. What it doesn't do: bring reach on its own. That takes channels.

Where practices stand today

On many practice websites, the same stock photo smiles out as on the competitor's site. Patients notice, and AI systems don't recognise a practice in it. Real images of the team and the rooms are what build trust before anyone calls, and what applicants want to see before they get in touch.

What we do differently

One shoot day, well prepared: beforehand we plan which images your website, Google Business Profile, social media and ads need, and we produce modularly so everything can be used several times. Photos, short clips and a video from everyday practice life, consent forms included.

When you don't need creative content

To be honest, there are cases where the money goes up in smoke. Then something else comes first.

Your website is outdated or no longer maintained.

Website first, otherwise the images just sit on a hard drive.

First: Website and web design →

You have current photos of the team and the rooms, less than two years old.

Then it's not the material that's missing but the distribution. Social media or visibility is the next step.

First: Social media →

Your team doesn't want to be photographed.

Rooms alone don't carry a practice. In that case, strengthen your reviews instead, as they show how patients experience you.

First: Review management →

How it works

  1. 01

Preliminary meeting: where the images will be used, who appears, which treatments may be shown, consent

    Week 1

  2. 02

Shot list: subjects, order and schedule for one day, with a checklist for preparing the practice

    Weeks 1 to 2

  3. 03

Shoot day: photos, clips and video in the practice, without disrupting day-to-day work longer than necessary

    one day

  4. 04

Selection and editing: images and videos in all formats, sorted by where they will be used, handed over with usage rights

    Weeks 3 to 4

What we automate, what stays human

Automated: format crops for web, profile and social media, file naming and storage run automatically.

Human: choosing the images, directing on the shoot day and deciding what a practice should and shouldn't show stay with people who know practices.

What AI changes

Images and videos are becoming more important for visibility, not less: the Semrush AI Visibility Index 2026 shows a correlation of 0.74 between YouTube mentions and visibility in AI answers. Short videos from your practice are therefore material for your website, for social media and for the answers AI systems give.

Last checked: September 2026

What comes before, what comes after

Before: a visual identity so the images speak the same language, and a website that shows them. After: social media and ads that turn the material into reach. Reporting is always part of it.

Reporting is always included with us, not an extra.

FAQs on creative content for practices

How much does a shoot day cost?

Between €210 and €1,200, depending on format (photos, clips or an edited video) and on how many people appear. We quote the exact price after the free preliminary meeting.

How do we prepare the practice?

Tidy, well lit, personal items put away, team informed. You receive a checklist beforehand, and we plan the shoot day so the practice keeps running.

What about data protection and patients' rights?

Patients only appear with written consent, and the same goes for the team. We show treatments in a way that no individual can be identified. We bring the consent form templates with us.

Can we also use the material for social media and ads?

Yes, you hold all usage rights, and we edit the material straight away into the formats for Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile and ads.

How often do we need new material?

One shoot day a year is usually enough if production is modular. New faces in the team or new rooms are reasons for a shorter follow-up shoot.

Do photos and videos improve visibility?

Indirectly: your own images keep visitors on the page longer, make your Google Business Profile more credible and provide videos that AI systems also evaluate. Rankings come from this together with content and reviews, not from images alone.
